Our church has 4 pastors who share the task of shepherding God's people and teaching the word of God to our congregation.

This has become a defining characteristic of The Bridge. It causes us to cling tightly to God's word and not to a personality or any particular pastor. We love the biblical balance we have struck.

It is also our conviction that none of our pastors need to be supported full time at our church out of a desire to avoid placing a financial burden on God's people & to better serve our community & minister with God's money.
